ビッグイベントも無事終わり前日に余ってしまったお弁当を朝食にして、
8日間宿泊したグリーンリッチホテルをチェックアウト。
4月に綾で植林した苗木がどうなっているか先月に引き続き
見に行く事にしました。
先月同様に雨天でしたが柚子の小さな蕾も出てきて楽しみです。
そして私たちは宮崎を後にして…
途中、八女市上陽町(福岡県)でレストランをやっている大学時代の友人・嘉子さんの店に寄るのも恒例、
ホタルが見頃という事で写真には撮れない神秘的美しさを堪能しました。
そして新山口駅の駅前にあるホテルに泊まりました。

11日(火)
駅前でツインで6000円、朝食はビュッフェスタイルでソコソコで
チエックアウトも正午までで、なかなか満足でした(^_^;)
今回は山陰道(国道9号線)をした走り京都まで行こうという計画。
島根県の浜田・江津の海岸や風車を見て宍道湖に行って
松江で一泊しようと思ったら何故かホテルはすべて満室！
米子駅前のワシントンホテルが取れました。

12日(水)
ホテルの向かい側が米子駅で、懐かしい喫茶店のモーニングサービスがあったのでそこで朝食。
ホテルのフロントでゲゲゲの鬼太郎が目につくので良くみたら
クルマで30分ぐらい行った境港市に『水木しげるロード』があるというので行ってみる事に。
まったく期待しないで行ったの事もあって…とても感動でした(^_^;)
そして水木しげるの大ファンになってしまいました(^_^;)
真夏のような日差しの天気でクルマの温度計をみたら何と37度！
それでも”ねずみ男”のぬいぐるみは頑張っていました(^_^;)
倉吉市の学友を例のアポ無し訪問は留守！
そして鳥取市のお得意様、増田さんもアポ無し訪問で
「いつも突然くるんだから！」と叱られながらも
楽しい時間を過ごさせて頂きました(^_^;)
そして国道9号線をひたすらに走って、京都東から名神高速に入って
台風で荒天の我が家に明け方無事に到着致しました。(^_^;)
